It is our great pleasure to announce that the 2nd International Symposium on Advances in PCOS and Women’s Health will be held from 14-16 April 2016 in Belgrade, Serbia. The Symposium is endorsed by the European Society of Endocrinology, the Endocrine Section of the Serbian Medical Society, and the Serbian Society for Reproductive Endocrinology.
We cordially invite you to participate in this meeting that has the intention to encourage basic and clinical interest in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and general women’s health issues. Besides PCOS as the most prevalent endocrinopathy in women of reproductive age, physicians are facing with the specificities in the diagnosis and treatment of the endocrine diseases with onset in childhood, adolescent period or during pregnancy, specificities of cardiometabolic diseases and cardiovascular outcomes, autoimmune diseases, infertility treatment strategies and outcomes, and issues related to the transitional period into menopause and aging including management of sex steroids replacement and osteoporosis, as well as distinct oncology and surgery issues. After the main programme of the 2nd International Symposium, a Satellite Symposium on the Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals during Women’s Life will be held.
The Symposium is oriented towards endocrinologists, gynecologists, cardiologists, internal medicine specialists and general practitioners, young trainees, basic scientists and other physicians and researchers who are interested in advancing and updating their knowledge in the field of endocrinology and women’s health. Lectures will be given by distinguished European endocrinologists, gynecologists, cardiologists, pediatricians, surgeons and basic scientists. You are cordially invited to actively participate in Free communication sessions or in Poster sessions.
The Symposium is held in the historic city of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.
